Josh Foley

Previous to UNM: Lettered for one season and redshirted for one at New Mexico State … played in two games in 2019, playing against Alabama and Central Michigan … rushed for a team-high 51 yards on seven carries with a long of 22 against No. 1 Alabama … also played against Central Michigan … in 2018 he saw action in two games, Alcorn State and BYU, and earned a redshirt for the season.

High School
Played three years of varsity football at Rio Rancho… named the 2016-17 New Mexico Gatorade Player of the Year and totaled 2,086 rushing yards with 41 touchdowns his senior season… added 22 receptions for 352 yards and five touchdowns in 2016… won the 2016 6A High School Football State Championship… logged 1081 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns with 437 receiving yards and four touchdowns over nine games as a junior… finished his career with 20 tackles including three sacks for a loss of 25 yards… took an interception back 101 yards for a touchdown as a senior… was a four-year track and field varsity athlete… won back-to-back (2015-16) 6A State Championships in the 100-meter hurdle.

Son of Dan and Deborah Foley… Has two older brothers, Tim and Tristen, and a younger sister, Hannah… Father Dan played football at Western New Mexico while brother Tim played at New Mexico for three seasons and Eastern New Mexico and Tristen played football at Pima CC… Majoring in Marketing.
