Justin Richter enters his second year as an defensive graduate assistant for the University of New Mexico football team. He came to UNM after two seasons at Angelo State.

With New Mexico Justin handles all data input for opponent video for the defensive staff and he compiles all of the weekly scouting report data for the defensive staff. He also have recruited the West Texas area.

At Angelo State he oversaw the safeties as a graduate assistant coach for two seasons. He also handles data input for the opponent’s offensive formations and plays for ASU’s defensive staff, and he also oversaw and created recruiting mail-outs and materials, and produced the teams’ end-of-season highlight film.

Richter also spent some time on the offensive side of the ball as a receivers coach at New Mexico Military, where he coached receivers, In his lone season, NMMI freshman receiver Xan Magnum led the national in receiving yards.
