NEW MEXICO: Massive offensive lineman who has made tremendous strides since the spring of 2012 … a physical player who earned a starting spot in 2013 at right guard … can play both tackle and guard … shed 15 pounds in the offseason to make him quicker on his feet … remains one of the most physical players on the line …   has become one of the leaders on offense … moves well, has quick feet and uses his long arms to keep defenders off balance … active in community service … … has organized a group of Lobo offensive linemen to participate annually in a spring after-school exercise program with a local elementary school.

2013 (JUNIOR): Played in 12 games with 10 starts … battled through the last two games of the season with an ankle injury but still was able to come off the bench and contribute … participated in 710 snaps and was second on the team with 105 knockdown blocks … best game came against Air Force when he led the team with an overall grade of 89 percent and had 20 knockdown blocks … 

2012 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 10 games with one start … was perfect on assignment in all 221 snaps he played in 2012 … 43 snaps vs. Nevada on Nov. 17 … finished with seven knockdown blocks against the Wolf Pack … saw his most extensive playing time of the season versus Wyoming on Nov. 10 and made the most of it … finished against the Cowboys with an astounding 22 knockdown blocks in 71 snaps, the most knockdowns a Lobo has recorded this season … saw extensive action against Hawai’i on Oct. 13 and graded out at 100 percent assignment in 37 snaps.

2011 (TRUE FRESHMAN): Played in all 12 games, making starts at right guard against Nevada in week six and San Diego State in week nine…rotated with senior Mike Muniz and benefited from being around Muniz’s experience.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ranked as one of the top offensive lineman in the state of Maryland…played at McDonough High School for head coach Luke Ethington…2010 First Team All-SMAC and First Team All-Tournament team…named first team all-state…earned the Offensive Most Valuable Player award…led his team to the 2010 State Championship (13-1)…two-year starter and letterman on the basketball team…had 77 knockdown blocks and recorded 52 pancake blocks…graded out at 86 percent as a senior…selected to the 2010 Crab Bowl.
