2014 (Junior Season): Started six games for the Lobos at defensive lineman before suffering a knee injury … recorded 11 total tackles (eight unassisted), two of which were tackles for loss … had three tackles with a tackle for loss against New Mexico State … had two tackle in four other games, UTEP, Arizona State, Fresno State and UTSA.

Junior College: A three-star Scout.com recruit who spent one season at Riverside Community College and coach Tom Craft (former head coach at San Diego State) … finished 2013 with 26 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and two sacks as a freshman … his defensive line coach at Riverside was Michael Tuohy, a University of New Mexico graduate in 2007 who was a three-year starter and earned second-team defensive end All-MW honors his senior season … also had scholarship offers from Arizona State, Boise State, Cincinnati and Texas Tech.
