2023 (Sophomore Season): Played in 10 games, missing only the New Mexico State and Wyoming games … recorded eight tackles on the season … had a career-high three tackles,including two solos, against Hawai’i … equaled that with three tackles, including two more solos, against Utah State … had tackles against Tennessee Tech and San Jose State.

2022 (Freshman Season): Taylor saw action in nine games, starting two … started against both New Mexico State and Fresno State … recorded two tackles with a half-tackle for a loss … had a tackle against both New Mexico State and Fresno State … his tackle against Fresno State was half-tackle for loss.

High School: Lettered in football at Mill Creek High School, playing for coach Josh Lovelady … also lettered in basketball and track … as a senior, he was named First Team Georgia All-Region 8-7A, and Second Team All-County, recording 47 tackles with one interception and 20 pass breakups … as a junior, he recorded 45 games with one interception and eight pass breakups in just six games … as a sophomore, he recorded two varsity interceptions … he was named the Hawk Player of the Week for Mill Creek’s playoff game against Roswell.
