How to Watch: New Mexico at Hawai'i

by Frank Mercogliano

HONOLULU, Haw. — New Mexico’s game at Hawai’i kicks off at 9 p.m. Mountain Time.  Watching the game is tricky as it is only on Pay-Per-View television on the Islands.  If you are on the mainland United States, the game is free to stream, but you have to get it on a phone or tablet, as the app you need is not available on devices like Roku, Apple TV or Amazin Fire Stick, and you cannot get it on a computer.

Fans can get the free app and then cast their tablets or phones to their screems if they have that capability.  The information is on the graphic, but in case that is hard to read, here it is:

If you live IN HAWAI’I:

The game will air on the Spectrum Sports pay-per-view package. Call 808-582-6167 to order.

If you OUTSIDE OF HAWAI’I:
  1. Download the Team1 Sports app on your phone (App Store or Google Play).
  2. Once you open the app, scroll to the bottom of the home page and click on “Channels”.
  3. Search for “Hawai‘i Football”.
  4. Tap the icon that appears and then tap the broadcast to watch.

Note that the Team1Sports App is free, and you want to download the one that looks like this:
