Craig Hendrickson officially joined UNM Athletics in 2009, spending two years as a graduate assistant before moving to full-time in 2011. He is currently as associate athletic trainer, working primarily with the Lobo Football squad.
Hendrickson is part of a coordinated team under head athletic trainer Bob Waller that works with Lobo football in the care and prevention of injuries. Along with his duties with football, Hendrickson also serves as a trainer for the spirit program and the golf programs, and he previously has worked with the UNM ski team.
Hendrickson is Board Certified, a New Mexico Licensee and he has served as an NATA member since 2007.
Prior to his time at UNM, Hendrickson spent time with the New York Jets and the Buffalo Bills helping in their camps as a seasonal trainer. He also has worked with the New Mexico Bowl, the National Senior Olympics, the Professional Bullriders Association, the ESPN X Games, and USA Track & Field. He has served as a clinical instructor for the New Mexico ATEP since 2009.
