Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Shattered the UNM Indoor 5,000m record by nearly 18 seconds in the first indoor meet of his career at the Sharon Danville-Colyear Season Opener on Dec. 2 with a 13:14.85 finish that stands as the 11th-fastest in collegiate history … followed up with another school record in his second race, crossing the finish line as the second-fastest collegian in the 3,000m at the UW Indoor Preview on Jan. 13 in 7:45.61 … named MW Freshman / Athlete of the Week for his efforts …
Cross Country (Freshman): NCAA Individual Runner-up … NCAA Mountain Region Champion … USTFCCCA Mountain Region Athlete of the Year ….
