2022-23

Outdoor Track & Field (Senior): USTFCCCA honorable mention All-American in the 400 meters, finishing 17th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 45.78 seconds…USTFCCCA honorable mention All-American as a member of UNM’s 4×400 meter relay squad, which finished 19th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 3:06.04 minutes…member of UNM’s Mountain West champion 4×400 meter relay squad, which won the title with a time of 3:05.55 minutes…also earned all-conference in the 400 meters with a second-place finish and in the 200 meters with a third-place finish…podium time of 20.88 seconds in the 200-meters was a lifetime best…helped the Lobos break the outdoor school record in the 4×400 meter relay with a time of 3:04.13 minutes at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships…finished sixth at the preliminary meet in the 400 meters with a time of 45.74 seconds to punch his ticket to the national championships…competed in seven meets during final outdoor season with the Lobos.

Indoor Track & Field (Senior): Member of UNM’s Mountain West champion 4×400 meter relay squad, which won the title with a time of 3:09.96 minutes…helped UNM break the indoor school record in the 4×400 meter relay with a time of 3:06.14 minutes at the UNM Collegiate Classic…finished fifth at the Mountain West Championships in the 400 meters with a time of 47.19 seconds…competed in five meets during final indoor campaign.

2021-22

Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): All-American honorable mention in both the 400-meters and the 4×400-meter relay…Mountain West champion in the 200-meters, running a time of 20.99 seconds at the MW Championships on May 14…Mountain West champion on the 4×400-meter relay team, running a time of 3:09.68 minutes…earned all-conference honors in the 400-meters, finishing third at the MW Championships with a time of 46.17 seconds…competed in eight meets during the outdoor season…academic all-conference selection…named a Mountain West Scholar Athlete.

Indoor Track & Field (Senior): Competed in five meets during first indoor season with the Lobos…placed 17th in the 400-meters at the USATF Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 with a time of 48.75 seconds…placed in the top-10 in 4 of 5 meets during the season.

Outdoor Track & Field (Canceled-COVID-19): Did not compete in the outdoor season due to the Ivy League and Harvard canceling the spring season.

Indoor Track & Field (Junior): Opened the season with a time of 34.17 in the 300, before finishing second in the 200 (21.80)  at the Beantwon Challenge… Broke his own school-record in the 400 at the Clemson Invitational (47.29) while also placing second in the 200 (21.56)… Ran the 4×400 with a time of 3:14.14 at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge… Placed fourth at the BU Scarlet and White Invitational in the 400 with a time of 48.09… Recorded a personal-best in the 60m at H-Y-P, crossing the finish line at 7.14 seconds… Took home two Ivy League Heps titles, winning the 4×400 (3:13.85) and the 400 (47.53).

2018-19

Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Ivy League champion in the 400-meters and the 4×400-meter relay…named to First Team All-Ivy League in both the 400m and 4x400m relay and Second Team in the 200m… Recorded a personal high of 11.04 in the 100 at the 37th Annual Victor Lopez Classic… Achieved personal bests in the 200 (21.35) preliminary round and the 400 (46.73) at the Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships… Finished first in the 400 (47.25) and the 4×400 (3:16.79) at the 2019 Harvard-Yale Match… Recorded a time of 3:11.35 in the 4x400yd at the Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Named to First Team All-Ivy League in the 400m and 4x400m relay… Set a career high in the 60 with a time of 7.18 at the H-Y-P in the preliminary round…Placed first in the 300 (34.37) and 4x400yd(3:15.28) during the Harvard vs Penn Match… Finished the 2019 Beantown Challenge with a time of 3:17.37 in the 4x400yd… Completed the 400 in the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitation with a time of 47.66… Placed first in the 400 (47.53) and the 4x400yd (3:14.60) at the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championships.

2017-18

Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): First Team All-Ivy (400m, 4x400m relay) with times of 47.03 and 3:09.52, respectively … Hit two career-highs at the Boston University Season Opener with a 7.34 in the 60m and 33.96 in the 300m (Dec. 2) … Ran a 1:06.25 in the 500m at the Beantown Challenge (Jan. 13) … Finished the 200m with a career-best 22.75 at the HYP (Jan. 28).

Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Second Team All-Ivy (4x400m relay) with a time of 3:15.92.

Half Hollow Hills High School (Class of 2017)

New Balance All-American in the 400-meters in 2017…finished second at the New Balance nationals with a 400-meter time of 46.53 seconds in 2017…all-state in the 400-meters in 2017…all-county in the 400-meters in 2017…three-time all-county honoree as a member of his team’s 4×400-meter relay squad…divisional champion in the 400-meters in 2016…county champion in the 4×100-meter relay in 2015…also competed in basketball…National Honor Society member.
