 Finished seventh at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, completing the 6K race in 19:55.0 … finished ninth in the women’s White race at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals with a time of 20:18.4 … placed third at the Mountain West Cross Country Championships with a time of 20:11.3 to give UNM the top-three finishers … finished 11th at the NCAA Mountain Regional with a time of 20:05.5 to earn USTFCCCA Cross Country All-Region … finished in ninth place at the NCAA National Championship with a time of 20:02.1 in the 6K, assisting the team to a second place finish … earned her second All-American honor. 
2019 Indoors:
Competed in the Boston University Season Opener, the Mountain West Championships and the NCAA Indoors … ran a personal-best 5000-meter time of 15:26.01 at the Boston University Open on Dec. 1 … earned first team All-America honors after finishing fifth in the 3000-meters at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a time of 15:09.036 … added second team All-America honors in the 5000-meters with an 11th-place finish and 9:15.28 time … finished second in the 3000-meter at the MW Championship with a 9:13.64 time, converted to 9:00.01, recorded the fifth-fastest time all-time in UNM program history.
2019 Outdoors:
Competed in five meets … runner-up in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships after running a personal-best 9:44.50 … finished 15th at the NCAA Championships in the 5000-meter following a time of 16:26.57 … won her first MW conference title in the steeplechase, posting a time of 9:47.43 … named First Team All-American in the steeplechase and Second Team All-American in the 5000 … qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the steeplechase with her MW Championship time and advanced to the NCAA Championships with 9:50.56 to finish second in her heat for an automatic spot … qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 5000 on time after running a personal-best 15:43.56 at the West Prelims … won the 5000-meter second heat at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 16:16.42 … finished fifth in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Payton Jordan Invitational with a time of 9:56.01 … ran 4:25.70 in the 1500-meter invitational run at the Bryan Clay Invitational.

2017-18
2017: Posted a tremendous first season in Albuquerque, running at five meets and scoring at all five … developed into the team’s No. 3 runner, including top finishes at the NCAA Championships … opened her season at the Notre Dame Invitational, placing eighth overall and fourth on the team with a time of 16:33.0 … ran to seventh overall and third on the team at the Wisconsin Invitational, clocking in at 19:54.3 … placed third overall (and third on the team) at the Mountain West Championships, running 20:14.67 as UNM swept the top three finishes … captured a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Mountain Regional, running 20:15.3 to place third on the team … No. 12 finisher at the NCAA Championships, running 19:48.93 to take third on the team and help New Mexico to its second national title in the last three years.
2018 Indoors:
Saw action in four meets… opened the season by competing in the mile at the New Mexico Team Invitational where she finished in first place via a time of 4:41.36*… placed third in the 3000 at the Mountain West Championship running a 9:12.44*… helped her team finish 10th in the DMR (11:13.21) at the NCAA Championships where she ran the 1600 meter-leg (4:46.26)
2018 Outdoors: Ran in six meets, including the NCAA Championships … opened her season by winning the 2000 steeplechase at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open (6:37.89) … placed second in the 3000 steeplechase at the Mountain West Championships  with a time of 4:30.98 … placed seventh at the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 3000 steeplechase running a 9:55.14 … competed in the 3000 steeplechase at the preliminary round of the NCAA Championships and placed third (9:49.78) … finished second in the 3000 steeplechase at the NCAA Championships (9:45.45)

WASHINGTON
2017 Indoor & Outdoor: Competed just once, at the Stanford Invitational, but did not complete a 5,000-meter race.
2016 XC: A breakthrough sophomore season, earning All-Pac-12 First Team honors and All-West Region honors and winning two races … opened her year with a win at the Sundodger Invitational in 20:18, crossing side-by-side with teammate Katie Knight … followed that up with a wire-to-wire win at the Washington Invitational in 19:36, leading UW to the team title … also helped UW win the team title at the Wisconsin Invitational, placing fifth in the elite field, right behind teammate Amy-Eloise Neale, in 20:08 … was the No. 2 Husky at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing sixth overall in 20:32, as UW took second as a team … finished 10th at the West Regional meet and second on the squad in a time of 19:51 … finished 208th overall at the NCAA Championships
2016 Indoors
: Was 13th in the 3,000-meters at the MPSF Championships in a time of 9:28.48 and ran the final 1600-meter leg on the DMR that finished fifth in 11:23.26 … first track run put her in the Husky top-10, as she ran the 5,000-meters in 16:15.91 at the Husky Classic, going to No. 5 on the indoor top-10 list.
2016 Outdoors: An excellent freshman season that was punctuated at the World Junior Championships in Poland where she ran a huge steeplechase career-best, breaking the Canadian junior record with a time of 9:44.62 to finish sixth … her run in Poland cut 15 seconds off her previous PR and ranked as the No. 5 time on the 2016 collegiate steeplechase list, the No. 2 time in UW history, and it broke the previous Canadian junior record by over 13 seconds … made the NCAA Outdoor Championships final in the steeplechase and was the top finisher from the Pac-12, placing ninth in the final in 10:00.82, earning All-America Second Team distinction … broke the 10-minute barrier for the first time in the NCAA semifinals, running 9:59.15 to finish second in her heat to reach the final … made the NCAA Outdoor final site by taking third in the steeplechase quarterfinal at West Prelims to automatically advance, posting a time of 10:09.42 … was third in the steeple at her first Pac-12 meet, despite tripping and hitting the water barrier and suffering a broken bone in her wrist mid-race, she still fought to the finish and ran 10:04.71 … rolled to an easy victory in the steeplechase at the UW-WSU Dual in 10:15.94 … got an impressive win in her first college steeple, wining the Pepsi Team Invite at Hayward Field in 10:00.67, jumping right to No. 2 in school history … ran a strong 5k before moving to the steeple, posting a time of 16:03.80 at the Stanford Invitational … opened her outdoor season with a PR in the 1,500-meters, running 4:22.15 at the Pac-12 vs Big Ten Invite, taking fifth.
2015 XC: One of the top freshmen in the Pac-12 and played a huge role in the Huskies taking 10th as a team at the NCAA Championships … No. 2 finisher for Washington at her first NCAA meet, as she finished 78th overall in Louisville in a time of 20:42 … earned All-Region honors with a 14th-place finish at the NCAA West Regional meet in Seattle, third on the squad, in 21:04 … placed top-20 at her first Pac-12 Championships, finishing 17th overall in 20:26, the third Husky across the line … was the No. 2 scorer and a top-10 finisher at the first two meets of the year, placing third at the Sundodger Invite in 20:34, and then placing seventh at the Washington Invitational in 20:00.

HIGH SCHOOL
Won multiple Ontario Federation of School Athletic Assocations (OFSAA) titles in both cross country and track … captured gold at the 2015 Junior Pan Am Games in the 3,000m steeplechase, running a PR of 10:12.44 … in June 2015, won the Ontario Club Provincials title in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a PR of 10:17 … took second in the 2015 OFSAA 3,000-meter finals in 9:40 and won the 1,500-meter steeplechase in 4:53 … set a Canadian junior record in 1,500m steeplechase of 4:50 … Won the 2014 Canadian Youth Nationals title at 3,000-meters in 9:51 and was third in the 1,500m in 4:33 … earned the 2013 OFSAA cross country championship over 5k and also won the 2012 title over 4k … competed at the 2013 World Youth Championships in the Ukraine, finishing 13th in the 3,000-meters in 9:49 … ran a 1,500m PR of 4:29 to take second at the OFSAA championships in 2013 …  cross country/track and field Team MVP from 2011-15 … lettered four years on the swim team.

Born in London, Ontario, Canada … parents are Lynda and Duane Prouse … has one older sister, Meaghan … cousin Adam Seabrook was a hurdler at Cornell and placed fourth in the Canadian Olympic Trials.
