SENIOR (2022): Played in 17 games with three starts, one as designated player and two games at second… finished with two hits and one RBI… reached base with four walks…went 2-for-3 against North Dakota State on Feb. 25… had a .462 on-base percentage.

JUNIOR (2021): Played in 14 games with seven starts, with two starts at the designated player position, five at second base … finished with one hit and one walk … hit came against Utah State on May 15.

SOPHOMORE (at COLLEGE OF SOUTHERN NEVADA, 2020): Started in all 21 games at shortstop during the shortened 2020 season … hit .217 behind 13 hits, with three doubles and two triples, while driving in five runs and reaching base with four walks … tied for the team high in runs scored with 11 and led the Lady Coyotes in triples.

FRESHMAN (at COLLEGE OF SOUTHERN NEVADA, 2019):
Started all 47 games at shortstop … recorded 55 hits with 11 doubles, four triples and a home run, with 25 RBI … finished with a .473 on-base percentage, a .513 slugging percentage and a .367 batting average… led the team in games started (47), walks (30), as well as runs scored (45) and triples, and finished second on the team in hits. In addition, the infielder was third in doubles, total bases (77), slugging percentage and stolen bases (four)… second team selection in the 2019 All-Region 18.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Valencia High School in 2018 … 2015 state champion … played four years on the varsity team … played in 91 games and accumulating a .497 batting average, a .558 on-base percentage and an .808 slugging percentage… tallied 148 hits, 86 runs-batted-in and 139 runs … of the 148 hits, 43 went for doubles, four went for triples and 14 were home runs …was the 2018 district player of the year, first team All-Metro in 2018 and was named the defensive player of the year from 2014-2018.

PERSONAL: Born Nov. 20 in Albuquerque … parents are Priscilla and Andrew Vigil … has two siblings, Andruw and Alisha … mother graduated from UNM … played club ball for the New Mexico Sundancers… majoring in physical therapy.

ON WHY UNM: “I chose UNM because of the culture it brings and because of how much Coach Congleton has changed the program. I also wanted to represent my home state.”
