Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): Competed in two meets before injury cut his season short … Ran a lifetime best in the 10,000m (28:58.77) to finish 18th at the Stanford Invitational on March 29, an improvement of 61.67 seconds from his previous best 10,000m time on the oval and 70.53 seconds faster than his XC 10K time at NCAA Championships.

Indoor Track & Field (Junior): Competed in five meets indoors … PR’d in three different distances in each of his last three meets … Finished 2nd at the UNM Collegiate Classic with a new personal best in the Mile (4:13.77) before PR’ing in the 5,000m a week later at the Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston (14:06.88), finishing 87th … Finished 8th in the 5,000m at MW Indoor Championships (14:27.89) before PR’ing again in the 3,000m (8:20.23) to finish 8th.

Cross Country (Junior): Competed in all six meets for the Lobos … Finished eighth at the Lori Fitzgerald Open to start the season (15:10.7, 5K) … Finished 53rd at Roy Griak Invitational (25:18.0) and improved that time over each of his next two races, finishing 215th at Nuttycombe Invitational on Oct. 13 (25:08.6) and 33rd at MW Championships on Oct. 27 (24:27.4) … Ran his fastest 10K of the season en route to a 76th-place finish at Mountain Region Championships (31:09.3) and was UNM’s fourth finisher at NCAA Championships as they finished 18th as a team, placing 174th (31:18.5).

Posted team-best marks in the 5,000m (14:18.43) and 1,500m (3:50.16) during the 2023 Spring outdoor season … Won the 2022 Mountain East Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 5,000m (14:19.94) and placed second in the 3,000m (8:23.71) … Won the 2023 Mountain East Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships in the mile (4:19.64) and placed second in the 3,000m (8:28.83) and 5,000m ( 14:24.94) … Placed third in the 1,500m (3:57.52) and 5,000m (14:49.84) at 2023 Mountain East Conference Track & Field Championships.
