Finished in the top 10 at the Battle Born Collegiate Cross Country Challenge with an sixth-place finish at 19:59.3… ran a time of 20:02.3 to finish second at the MW Championship… finished 22nd overall in the NCAA Championship with a time of 20:39.4.

2019-20
2019 XC:  Finished 55th at the NCAA Championships in 20:59.2 … ran 20:24.3 to finish 15th at the NCAA Mountain Regional, earning USTFCCCA Cross Country All-Region … opened the season at the MW Championships, where she finished 33rd overall in 21:23.3.
2020 Indoors: Won the Mountain West title in the mile after running 4:40.41 … ran the opening leg of the DMR that won the Mountain West title in 11:02.10 …  DMR time was the fourth-fastest time in school history … qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships in the DMR … earned Mountain West All-Conference in the DMR and mile … finished 37th in the 3000-meter at the Husky Classic with a time of 9:30.77 … ran 15:53.11 in the 5000-meter at the Boston University Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener to finish 15th overall, 10th among collegiate runners.

2018 XC: Posted a time of 20:39:7 at the NCAA National Championship, placing her in the 43rd spot as New Mexico finished runner-up as a team … ran 20:05.6 at the NCAA Mountain Regional, placing 12th and earned USTFCCCA Cross Country All-Region … placed ninth at the Mountain West Cross Country Championships with a time of 20:57.2 … finished 14th in the women’s White race at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals with a time of 20:35.5 … finished 35th at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, completing the 6K race in 20:28.1.
2019 Indoors: Competed in three meets during the season …  Ran a 5000-meter time of 15:42.85 at Boston University on Dec. 1 to rank fourth in UNM program history and recorded a 3000-meter time of 9:05.04 at the Mountain West Championships on Feb. 23 to rank fifth in program history … Also ran an 800-meter time of 2:09.37 on Feb. 2 at the New Mexico Classic to rank eighth in program history and ran won the mile at the New Mexico Team Invitational at 4:39.75 to rank eighth in program history.
2019 Outdoors: Competed in seven meets … finished fourth in the steeplechase at the NCAA Championships with a time of 9:46.36 for her first, First Team All-America honor …qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 5000 after running 15:38.82 at the NCAA Prelims … qualified for the NCAA Championships in the steeplechase after running 9:44.41 at the NCAA Prelims … posted the second-fastest time in the NCAA going in the postseason with a 9:45.71 that she ran at the Payton Jordan Invitational on May 2 … entered the championships with the third-fastest time in the NCAA in the 5000 with a 15:31.01 that she ran at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 17 … earned honorable mention in the 5000m at the NCAA Championships … ran 4:23.01 in the 1500 at the Stanford Invitational to open the outdoor season … won the 2000-meter steeplechase at the Don Kirby with a time of 6:36.41 … runner-up in the 5000-meter race at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 15:31.01 … finished third in the 1500-meter at the MW Championships with a 4:22.88.

2018 Indoors (at Iowa Central):  Won four national championships – 1,000 (2:55.32), 3,000 (9:30.89), 4×800 (9:15.49) and distance medley relay (11:51.32) – setting the NJCAA indoor 3,000 record.
2018 Outdoors (at Iowa Central): Recorded the fastest time in the 3000-meter steeplechase time in National Junior College Athletic Association history at 9:52.37 that she ran at the Drake Relays on April 25 … holds the NJCAA record in the 1500 (4:21.57, Arkansas Spring Invitational, March 24) and the 5000 (16:07.03, Kansas Relays, April 21) … won the NJCAA Division I championship in the 3000-meter steeplechase, 1500 and 5000 meters, becoming the only female athlete in the NJCAA history to win the three events at the same Division I championship meet … named the USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Year.

INTERNATIONAL
Holds Israeli national records in the 2000m steeplechase (6:36.41, April 6, 2019), indoor 5000 (15:42.85, Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, Dec. 1, 2018),and the indoor mile (4:42.44, Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational, Feb. 3, 2018), outdoor 5000-meter (16:07.03, Kansas Relays, April 21) and 3000 steeplechase (9:29.74, European Championships, Aug. 12, 2018) … holds the Israel National Record for the Half Marathon with her NJCAA Half Marathon Championships time of 1:20:25 … won the 3,000 steeplechase in 9:57.37 at the 2018 Mediterranean Athletics U23 Championships, setting the meet record … third-fastest female athlete in the 1,500 in her country’s history, clocking 4:15.46 at the national championships in Tel Aviv on July 4, 2018 … named the Israel Athletic Association’s National Track and Field Breakthrough Athlete of the Year in 2017.
