Outdoor Track & Field (Senior): USTFCCCA honorable mention All-American in the steeplechase, finishing in 20th place at the NCAA Championships with a  time of 8:57.86 minutes…Mountain West champion in the steeplechase, winning the title with a time of 8:43.06 minutes…finished eighth at the NCAA West Preliminary in the steeplechase with a lifetime best time of 8:33.80 minutes…finished fifth at the Mountain West Championships in the 5,000 meters, running a lifetime best of 14:04.20 minutes…finished third in the steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 8:45.41 minutes…participated in six meets during the outdoor season. 

Indoor Track & Field (Senior): Did not compete.

Cross Country (Senior): Competed in five meets during the fall season…placed 53rd at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships, with a 10k time of 29:29.9 minutes…placed 50th at the Mountain West Championships, with an 8k time of 25:24.8 minutes…finished third at the Texas Tech Open on Sept. 17 with an 8k time of 24:51.2 minutes.

2021-22

Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): Mountain West all-conference in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing second at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 8:42.02 minutes…also competed in the 5,000-meters at the MW Championships, placing 17th…won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Fresno State Invitational on April 30, with a time of 8:44.68 minutes…won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Masked Rider Open on April 2 with a time of 9:13.98 minutes…named academic all-conference for the second straight season.

Indoor Track & Field (Junior): Entered in six meets but did not finish.

Cross Country (Junior): Competed in five meets during the fall season…placed 73rd at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships, with a 10k time of 32:09.2 minutes on Nov. 12…placed 53rd at the Mountain West Championships, with an 8k time of 25:11.3 minutes on Oct. 29…ran a season-best 5k time of 15:08.9 minutes at the Lori Fitzgerald Open on Sept. 18, placing fourth.

2020-21

Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Mountain West champion in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, running a time of 9:04.58 minutes on May 15…won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Masked Rider Open on April 10 with a time of 9:19.06 minutes…won the 1,500-meters at the New Mexico Spring Open on March 25 with a time of 4:02.34 minutes…academic all-conference selection…named a Mountain West Scholar Athlete.

Indoor Track & Field (Canceled-COVID-19): Did not compete.

Cross Country (COVID-Junior): Finished 28th at the Mountain West Championships, running an 8k time of 24:45.5 minutes…competed in two meets during the modified spring season.

Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): NJCAA national champion in the distance medley relay for the second straight season, running a time of 10:10.39 minutes…All-American in the mile, finishing fourth at the NJCAA Championships with a time of 4:09.34 minutes…All-American in the 3,000-meters, finishing sixth at the NJCAA Championships with a time of 8:32.13 minutes…NJCAA Region XI champion in the 800-meters, with a time of 1:55.05 minutes…competed in seven meets during the indoor season.

Cross Country (Sophomore): All-American for the second straight season…finished 14th at the NJCAA Championships with an 8k time of 25:00.0 minutes…named the USTFCCCA Regional Athlete of the Year…won the NJCAA Region XI Championship title with an 8k time of 24:16.2 minutes…won the Drews/Neubauer Invitational with an 8k time of 24:41.2 minutes on Oct. 19…won the Mustang Gallop on Aug. 30 with a 5k time of 15:52.4 minutes…ran a season-best 6k time of 18:18.9 minutes at the Hawkeye Invitational on Sept. 6.

2018-19

Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): All-American in the 1,500-meters, 3,000-meter steeplechase, 5,000-meters, and 4×800-meter relay…NJCAA national runner-up in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, running a time of 9:25.16 minutes…NJCAA national runner-up in the 4×800-meters, with a time of 7:42.15 minutes…finished fourth at the NJCAA Championships in the 1,500-meters with a time of 3:57.89 minutes…finished eighth at the NJCAA Championships in the 5,000-meters with a time of 15:46.93 minutes…NJCAA Region XI champion in the 1,500-meters, with a time of 3:56.56 minutes…won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Drake Relays with a time of 8:55.18 minutes…won the 800-meters at the Phil Esten Challenge with a personal-best time of 1:52.69 minutes…won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Hilltopper Relays with a time of 9:30.64 minutes…competed in eight meets during the outdoor season.

Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): NJCAA national champion in the 3,000-meters, running a time of 8:18.68 minutes on March 2…NJCAA national champion in the distance medley relay, with a time of 10:03.49 minutes…NJCAA national runner-up in the mile, running a time of 4:17.66 minutes…All-American in the 3,000-meters, mile, and distance medley relay…also competed in the 1,000-meters at the NJCAA Championships, placing 12th in the preliminary heat with a time of 2:33.64 minutes…NJCAA Region XI champion in the 800-meters with a time of 1:56.92 minutes…won the 5,000-meters at the SDSU Invitational on Jan. 18 with a time of 14:55.46 minutes…competed in seven meets during the indoor season.

Cross Country (Freshman): All-American after finishing 34th at the NJCAA Championship on Nov. 10, with an 8k time of 27:19.7 minutes…finished third at the NJCAA Region XI Championship on Oct. 26, with an 8k time of 24:44.6 minutes…won the All-American Invitational on Sept. 8 with a 4-mile time of 20:21.6 minutes.
