2013 Indoor: Ran PR time in 800m of 1:53.02 at Bronco Invite … ran a PR time of 8:02.06 to take a win over an elite field in the 3000m at the MPSF Championships.
2013 Outdoor: Made a spectacular surge to finish second in the 1500m at the Pac-12 Championships in a PR time of 3:41.83 … At the NCAA West Prelims, took 20th in the 1500m (3:50.39) … Named to Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention team.

2012 Indoor: Ran 800m time of 1:53.47 at Vandal Collegiate … Led the team in mile with time of 4:05.54 which was 10th at MPSF Championships.
2012 Outdoor: At Pac-12 Championships ran 1500 prelim time of 3:48.21 for 12th and ran final in time of 3:50.06 for 10th … Chopped four seconds off 1500m PR time to 3:43.91 at Portland Track Festival … Named Pac-12 All-Academic track and field honorable mention.
2010-11
2011 Indoor: Arrived in Pullman in January 2011… Team leader with mile time of 4:03.57 at Husky Classic … Finished 12th in the mile (4:12.12) at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships.
2011 Outdoor: Top time in 800m was 1:51.04 run at WSU-UW Dual meet … PR time in 1500m was 3:47.61 at Mt. SAC Relays … Finished 10th in 1500m (3:53.90) at Pac-10 Championships after running 3:52.30 in prelims (11th).
