Prior to UNM: A native of Eagen, Minnesota … prior to his freshman campaign he finished fifth in the slalom in a National Junior Race at Steamboat Springs … followed that up with an eight place finish and a 16th place finish at Howelson Hill … was 23rd at the U.S. National Championships in the slalom in March of 2018 … that came on the heels of a 14th place slalom finish at Mount Werner in Colorado in February of 2018 … had two titles on back-to-back days in March, 2017, both in the slalom, including a National Junior Race.
