2017 Outdoors: Competed at four meets, all in the javelin … Opened at the Don Kirby Tailwind Invitational, posting a seventh-place toss of 102-1 (31.11m) … Posted a mark of 114-3 1/4 (34.83m) at the Sun Angel Classic … Placed ninth at the Cardinal Classic, throwing 114-7 (34.94m) … Posted a PR at the Mountain West Championships, logging a toss of 116-1 (35.39m).

2016 Outdoors: Saw action at two meets … Placed eighth in the javelin (92-1 [28.08m]) and ninth in the pole vault (9 1/4 [2.75m]) at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open … Improved in both events at the UTEP Invitational, clearing 9-10 (3.00m) in the pole vault and throwing 110-3 1/2 (33.61m) in the javelin.

A pole vault specialist from Aztec High School in Aztec, N.M. … Won the pole vault ten times her senior year for the Tigers, including at the New Mexico 4A State Championships (clearance of 10-feet, nine inches), the New Mexico 4A District Meet (10-3) and the Aztec Top Gun Invitational (PR of 11-1) … Won the pole vault at the state championships her junior year, as well, clearing 11 feet … Was fourth at the state championships in 2012 and second as a freshman in 2011 … Overall, won the pole vault at least 16 times in her last two years of high school.
