Mark MillerJunior (2014): Completed 21 of his 23 runs last season … had one top-10 finish and five top-20s … had his best finish in the slalom at the Montana State Invitational, finishing eighth … also had top 20s in the slalom at the Colorado/Spencer Nelson Invitational (13th) and the RMISA/NCAA West Regionals (12th) … had his best giant slalom finish of 16th at the RMISA qualifier in Colorado, which followed a 19th place giant slalom on the same track. Sophomore (2013): Placed a career-best fifth place in the second slalom race at the UNM home Invite on Feb. 9…also placed 11th in the first slalom race at UNM’s Invite on Feb. 8….had three top-20 finishes.
Freshman (2012): Earned All-Academic Ski Team honors from the United States Collegiate Ski Coaches Association and Lobo Scholar-Athlete honors…had three top-20 finishes…placed 17th in the slalom at the Seawolf Invitational Feb. 9-11…placed 20th in the slalom at the RMISA Alpine Qualifier on Feb. 22…finished 19th in the giant slalom at RMISA Championships/NCAA West Regional on Feb. 24.

Prior to UNM: Graduated from Summit High School in Frisco, Colo., in 2008…transfer from Colorado Mountain College.

Personal: Born in Denver, Colo…son of Marsha and Merrill Miller…has one older sister, Michelle…hobbies include waterskiing, back-country skiing, biking, hiking in the mountains, fishing and rock climbing…favorite athletes are Damien Mercier, Carlo Janka, and Shane McConkey…favorite food is milk…favorite movies are The Way I See It; Swift, Silent, Deep: The Story of the Jackson Hole Air Force; and Hot Dog.
