Cross Country (Sophomore): Earned USTFCCCA all-region with a 23rd-place finish at the Mountain Region Championships on Nov. 11…competed in five meets during second cross country season with the Falcons…ran a season-best 6k time of 20:15.9 minutes on Oct. 14 at the Nuttycombe Invitational…placed 27th at the Mountain West Championships.

Track and Field (Freshman): Earned all-conference honors as the anchor of the distance medley relay that finished third at the 2022 Mountain West Indoor Championships…clocked a Freshman Class Record in the 3000-meter run after clocking a 9:18.90 (adjusted for altitude) at the conference meet…that is the fourth-fastest time in Academy history…debuted in 10th on the program’s all-time outdoor standings following a 16:43.14 performance at the MW Outdoor Championships.
Cross Country (Freshman): Falcons’ top finisher in three of five meets…won the season-opening Air Force Open with a three-mile time of 17:13.2…named Mountain West Freshman of the Week following that meet…also led the team at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (20:44.9, 31st) and NCAA Mountain Regional (21:15.0, 32nd)…clocked a career-best 6K time of 20:36.1 at the Mountain West Championships (22nd)…added a 21:34.3 mark at the Nuttycombe Invitational (141st)…earned the team’s Comeback Award.
