FRESHMAN YEAR (2013) – Posted a 9-15 record and a team-best 3.23 ERA in 28 appearances and a team-high 23 starts…threw 15 complete games and recorded one save…threw a no-hitter on Feb. 17 against Central Michigan in the Lobo Classic…over five innings she faced 16 batters, walked non and struck out six for the first no-hitter in recent Lobo softball history…recorded a season-high 14 strikeouts in the Lobos’ 5-2 win over Siena on March 24, the most strikeouts of any UNM pitcher in recent history…spent 132 1/3 innings in circle, allowing 123 hits, 82 runs (61 earned) while walking 53 and striking out 105…held batters to a .241 average…finished the season averaging 5.65 strikeouts/seven innings pitched, which ranks her tied for ninth in program history…earned Mountain West Pitcher of the Week on Feb. 19 for going 2-0 at UNM’s Lobo Classic…threw two complete games against Bradley and Central Michigan (no-hitter), registering 13 strikeouts and not giving up an earned run over 12 innings in the circle…finished ranked in the top-10 in the Mountain West in several categories: triples allowed (T2nd, 1); home runs allowed (T2nd, 6); opponent batting average (3rd, .241); hits allowed (4th, 123); earned runs allowed (6th, 61); ERA (7th, 3.23); doubles allowed (T7th, 18); batters struck out (7th, 105); runs allowed (7th, 82); games started (T7th, 23); batters struck out looking (8th, 29); innings pitched (8th, 132.1) and wins (T9th, 9)…will be a key returner for the Lobos.
