FRESHMAN (2025): Played in 51 games with 48 starts… started 38 games at catcher, nine as designated player and one at first… led the team with 33 RBI, was second in slugging percentage (.471) and walks (21), third in batting average (.338) and on-base percentage (.414), tied for third in home runs (three), fourth in total bases (64)…led team and MW with five sac flies. 28th in the NCAA in sac flies (tied for third among freshmen). second among MW freshmen in RBI… became the first Lobo to record five hits in a game against Utah State on April 2 and the first Lobo to go 5-5 in a game… 12 multi-hit games, 10 with two, one with three and one with five… seven multi-RBI games, second most on the team, with four games with two, two with three and one with four…first collegiate hit came against Houston Christian on Feb. 7… first home run came against Houston on Feb. 8, which came in the 10th inning… had four RBI against Texas Southern, which included a three-run home run… named Mountain West Freshman of the Week on April 7.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from San Marcos High School…named as a second team all-district catcher in 2022, a 27-6A first team all-district catcher in 2023, team MVP and to the All-Central Texas Third Team Catcher by the Austin American Statesman in 2023… academically, a National Honor Society member and was also named 27-6A academic all-district in 2021.
CLUB: Played for Texas Dirt Divas National 18U, Texas Glory Naudin South and the Texas Bombers Gold.
PERSONAL: Birthday is April 28… born in San Marcos, Texas… parents are Arthur and Jackie DeLeon… has three siblings: Brian, Aaron and Alyssa… undecided on major.
