2017 JUNIOR SEASON
Played in all 22 games during the fall, starting in 21… Named to Academic All-Mountain West Team… Played a total of 1464 minutes, the fifth most on the team… Part of the Lobo back line that held opponents to less goals against than scored on the season… Took seven shots during the season, with one being on goal.
2016 SOPHOMORE SEASON
Played in 18 games for the Lobos in 2016, starting five (726 minutes) … Took five shots with three on goal … Took a season-high two shots against Air Force on Sept. 25 … Played a season-high 68 minutes at Fresno State.
2015 REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON
Academic All-MW selection … Appeared in 18 games with 12 starts … Tallied 766 minutes of playing time … Essential part of the Lobos’ back four … Made her first career start versus Michigan State (9-13-2015) … Attempted one shot on the season versus Colorado College (10-23-2015).
2014 FRESHMAN SEASON: Redshirt season
HIGH SCHOOL: Played for coach Pancho Macias in 2010, Gary Zink in 2011, and Natasha Lee in 2012-13 at Albuquerque High School … helped Albuquerque High to district titles in 2010, 2011 and 2013 … was the 2013 5A District 5 Player of the Year, as well as first-team All-District and second-team All-State … she was second-team All-District in 2011 and 2012 … also lettered in track as a freshman … played her club ball with New Mexico Rush ’96, winning a state title there as well … played with the New Mexico ODP State Team for three seasons.
PERSONAL: Born on Dec. 26, 1995 … her parents are Vince Jimenez and Angela Rubio … has a brother Michael Rubio.
