2014 REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE SEASON
Appeared in eight matches with 172 minutes played… Made first career start against Weber State (9-7-2014)… Scored one goal in team’s 4-2 win over Loyola-Chicago (9-12-2014)… Found the back of the net at San Jose State (9-28-2014)… Recorded an assist in her first career start against Weber State… Half of her six shots taken were on goal.
2013 SOPHOMORE SEASON
Redshirted the season due to an injury … was named a Lobo Scholar-Athlete.
2012 FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in nine matches up front and in the midfield for the Lobos, recording one assist in 69 minutes … her one assist was a huge one, as she assisted on the tying goal at Texas with 36 seconds left, a game UNM would win 2-1 in overtime … her original shot was saved before being knocked in my teammate Jordan Craig … saw a career-high 15 minutes against Iowa State … saw action in eight of the first nine games on the season … was named Academic All-Mountain West.
HIGH SCHOOL
Lettered for four seasons at Ogden High School in Utah … as a senior she netted 20 goals and dished out 16 assists in leading the Tigers to a 17-2 record, winning the Region 11 championship and the Utah State Championship … scored 30 goals in her high school career … has come up big in the clutch as a senior, scoring the overtime winner in the state semifinals after hitting the clinching penalty kick in a shootout in the quarterfinals … was named the 2011 Standard-Examiner Girls Soccer All-Area Most Valuable Player. She also was named All-State by ESPNHS soccer, 3A All-State MVP, All-Area, and she was Ogden High’s Offensive MVP. Hanson also was honorable mention All-State in 2010 after netting six goals.
