All Three Doubles Teams Advance at ITA Mountain Regionals

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah. — The Lobos excelled in doubles, with all three teams competing advancing out of the Round of 64 and into the Round of 32 in the opening day of the ITA Mountain Regionals hosted by the University of Utah.

In singles, UNM’s Maud Vandeputte and Katherin Jhang both advanced into the Round of 32 of the Main Singles Draw, and all three doubles teams moved on, with Jhang and Leonie Hoppe, the No. 2 seeds, advancing with a bye.

Action in both singles and doubles continues on Thursday.
