Women’s Golf Concludes Fall Schedule at Hurricane Invitational

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The New Mexico women’s golf team will conclude the fall portion of its schedule Monday-Tuesday as it travels to Miami for the Hurricane Invitational. The event, hosted by Miami, will be at the 6,100-yard, par-72 Biltmore Golf Course in Coral Gables.

The tournament will play 36 holes on Monday and the final 18 holes on Tuesday. Live scoring of the event will be on Golfstat.com.

This year’s tournament features 12 schools, including five teams ranked currently in the GolfStat top 50. The Lobos, at No. 48, are joined by No. 10 Kent State, No. 15 SMU, No. 38 Nebraska and host No. 44 Miami. Augusta, BYU, Illinois, UNLV, San Diego State, South Florida and Texas State round out the field.

New Mexico’s lineup for the event is Napat “Jenny” Lertsadwattana, Maria Caparros Levin, Myah McDonald, Lauren Lehigh, and Chloe Lauer. Lisa-Marie Pagliano is playing the tournament as an individual.

The event is the fourth of the season for New Mexico. The Lobos finished in the top three at both of their first two events of the fall, including at the Ron Moore Intercollegiate, where Lertsadwattana won the individual title.
