Tim Roschmann joined The University of New Mexico in the spring of 2020, and he is in his first year as the Director of Player Personnel. He came to UNM from a stint at Arizona State where he served as a recruiting assistant.
As the Director of Player Personnel, Roschmann works closely on recruiting matters with UNM’s recruiting coordinator and director of recruiting. He handles logistics, visits and monitors the roster for class and position management.
He served as a recruiting coordinator for two years at Arizona State under Herm Edwards, where he worked on the staff that included Danny Gonzales. In his role he cut up game-film & highlights, communicated with recruits on official and unofficial visits, led and assisted with campus tours and assisted the coaching staff on a variety of needs.
He also maintained organizational operations within department from video to game plan layout.
He graduated from Arizona State with a degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business.
