2014 (Redshirt Sophomore Season): Saw action in one game for the Lobos, in the season finale.

2013 (Sophomore Season): Redshirted.

Wayland Baptist: Started at safety for the Pioneers in 2012 and had 38 tackles, one pass breakup, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery for coach Butch Henderson … Wayland Baptist is an NAIA school. … earned the Pioneer Effort Award for 12 consecutive weeks.

High School: A second-team All-District 2-5A selection his senior season at quarterback for La Cueva High School and Bears coach Ed Lucero in 2011 … earned Academic All-State honors in 2011 … a second-team all-district safety in 2010 … lettered three years in football … also lettered four years in track and field and was a member of the 2011 state championship track and field team.
