This working credential is issued for the sole purpose of providing facility access to an authorized individual with a legitimate working function in connection with the event. Any unauthorized use of this credential subjects the bearer to immediate dismissal from the venue. Any secondary use of any, picture, audio description, film/tape, or drawing of the event taken or made by the accredited organization or individual whom this credential has been issued is expressly prohibited without specific written approval from UNM Athletics. All photographers agree to follow the guidelines as set forth by the NCAA. Credential requests are honored for accredited media on specific assignments. Credentials will not be issued to writers, photographers or videographers working on a freelance basis unless the request is made by a recognized publication or news organization. Season-long credentials are issued in August; single game credential requests must be made 72 hours prior to kickoff.

For the 2026 Football Season, UNM will use Photo/Video vests for media. These vests will be in addition to your credential, and you must have a vest in order to shoot from the sidelines. Media members will be able to pick up vests in the new media workroom, which is located inside the New Mexico Mutual Champions Training Center. You will need to leave your driver's license/ID with the attendant and check out your numbered vest. You will get your ID back when the vest is returned. There will be three colors of vests, one for the media, a second color for the home team, and a third color for the visiting team.
