Caleb Medford rejoined the Lobo Family in July 2026 and serves as an offensive recruiting graduate assistant. This is his first coaching position.
Medford played two seasons for the Lobos in 2023 and 2024, and overall he played five seasons in the FBS, including two at TCU and one at Kansas State. With UNM, he started 14 games and played in 23, catching 48 passes for 887 yards and five touchdowns.
His most impactful game was a six-catch, 122-yard night against Fresno State, including catching the winning touchdown late in the fourth quarter.
The Henderson, Texas native was on preseason watch lists for the Wuerffel Trophy and the Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award in 2024. He graduated from UNM with a degree in liberal arts.
