2014 (Junior Season): Played in the opening two games of the season before suffering a torn labrum injury that ended his season … earned a medical redshirt for the season … registered 12 tackles before getting hurt … had seven tackles in the opener against UTEP … followed that up with five tackles against Arizona State before suffering a season-ending injury.
Junior College (Sophomore Season): A 2013 All-Midwest Football Conference selection for Iowa Western … finished with 46 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, one interception, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and nine pass breakups … The Reivers went 11-1 in 2013 and beat Butler Community College in the Graphic Edge Bowl in Cedar Falls, Iowa … was the MFC Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 23 with six tackles (four solos), one interception, one fumble recovery, 1.5 tackles for loss and one pass breakup in IWCC’s 63-6 win over Ellsworth Community College on Oct. 19.
2012 (Freshman Season): Played one season at Weber State University, appearing in 11 games as a true freshman … played special teams, recording three tackles on the year.
High School: Earned All-Coastal League honors at cornerback for the Torreys in 2011 … recorded 29 tackles (nine solos) with 13 pass breakups, one interception, three tackles for loss and two forced fumbles … La Jolla went 7-5 and advanced to the second round of the CIF San Diego Sectional Playoffs in 2011 … attended Horizon Christian Academy in 2010 where he was a teammate of current Lobo defensive back Markel Byrd.
