New Mexico: Basically served an apprenticeship under former Lobo and NFLer Darryl Johnson (left tackle), which gave him a foundation for a work ethic … has quick feet and moves well at the tackle position … a 2015 Spring Camp Hard Hat winner … named 2015 preseason third team by Phil Steele and honorable mention by collegefootballpreseason.com.

2014 (Redshirt Sophomore Season): Started all 12 games at left tackle for the Lobos, playing over 750 snaps … finished the season with an assignment grade of 99 percent, and recorded 77 knockdown blocks … recorded nine knockdown blocks in three consecutive weeks against NMSU, Fresno State, and UTSA … averaged over 6 knockdown blocks per game … helped anchor an offensive line ranked 5th in the nation for fewest sacks allowed … 

2013 (Sophomore Season): Redshirted.

Junior College: A backup to start the season but became New Mexico Military Institute’s starting left tackle after the 2012 season opener and remained there for the rest of the season…helped the Broncos average 36.9 points and 386.8 yards per game. NMMI finished with a 6-5 record in ’12.

High School: A member of the Class 3A first-team All-State and first-team All-County as an offensive guard at Vanguard High School in Ocala, Fla…a member of the Orlando Sentinel’s Top 100 high school recruits in 2011 and made Tom Lemming’s Top 25 High School Guards and Centers in ’11 as well.

Personal: Born Sept. 12, 1992 … mother is Trina Wiley … majoring in liberal arts.
