Academics:  Named Mountain West All-Academic in 2019 … named Mountain West Scholar-Athlete in 2019-20.

2019 (Junior Season):  Started and played in all 12 games as the starting center … led the Lobos with 850 snaps played … recorded a 99.1% snap efficiency, hitting 849 of 856 snaps … had a pass blocking efficiency of 99.1% … allowed six total pressures, the best among UNM linemen.

2018 (Sophomore Season):  Started and played in all 12 games as the starting center … led the Lobos with 812 snaps … recorded a 99.1% snap efficiency, hitting 808 of 812 snaps … had a pass blocking efficiency of 97.5% … was UNM’s lone regular offensive lineman to not record a penalty.

Junior College:  Spent two seasons at Snow College for coach Paul Peterson … redshirted in 2016 and lettered in 2017 … blocked for a team that averaged 452.4 yards of offense, averaging 37.2 points per game … stapley helped block for NJCAA All-America running back D’Arman Notoa … led Snow to the El Toro Bowl and a No. 6 national ranking
