2014 (Redshirt Junior Season): Played in all 12 games with five starts … turned in one of the most amazing seasons by a Lobo running back, rushing for 1,083 yards on just 114 carries, leading the nation with a 9.5 yard per carry average … that total easily established a new Lobo record … scored 12 touchdowns and had a long rush of 77 yards … had five rushes of 60 or more yards on the season, which was as many or more than every entire team in the FBS except for four (Wisconsin, Marshall, Georgia Southern and Indiana) … caught seven passes for 46 yards … in reality played 10 1/2 games and not 12, as he missed the entire second half of the BSU game with an injury that would hamper him for the final three games of the season … played just one play against Utah State … had six 100-yard games, all in the final eight games of the season … except for the Utah State game in which he played one play, had five straight 100-yard games, including the final two games of the season in which he limped his way to the century mark … had his first 100-yard game of his career, getting 102 yards at UTSA, rushing for 102 yards on just five carries … had a back-breaking 77-yard touchdown in that game to clinch the win in the fourth quarter … that game marked the fourth straight game with a touchdown after scoring against Arizona State, New Mexico State and Fresno State … two games later had 148 yards on just 11 carries against Air Force … scored two touchdowns in that game, on runs of 42 yards and 50 yards … scored three touchdowns with 138 yards rushing on 20 carries against UNLV … was on his way to a potential record-setting day against Boise State, rushing for 154 yards and two touchdowns on just seven carries in the first half against Boise State, but he suffered a foot injury when tackled, not returning in that game … scored on an untouched 75-yard run on the opening play of the game … after playing one play vs. Utah State, returned to action against Colorado State, and althought clearly hobbled, he rushed for 109 yards on seven carries, including a 66-yard run … had 11 rushes for 101 yards with a 69-yard touchdown against Wyoming in the season finale.
2013 (Redshirt Sophomore Season): Played in all 12 games on offense and special teams … had 35 touches on offense and accumulated 341 all-purpose yards for a 9.7-yard average every time he touched the ball … finished with 273 rushing yards and six touchdowns on 29 carries … also had six receptions for 68 yards … had career highs in rushing yards with 87 each against Air Force and Fresno State … needed only four carries in each game to rush for 87 yards … he scored a pair of TDs against Air Force, including a 61-yard run … he had a career-long 80-yard TD run at Fresno State … finished with eight tackles as a member of the special teams coverage units.
2012 (Redshirt Freshman Season): Third on the team in rushing with 462 yards and six touchdowns … also had four receptions for 86 yards and one touchdown … appeared in all 13 games and started the season opener against Southern … rushed for 75 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries vs. Southern … rushed for 71 yards and two scored against New Mexico State … had a career-long 55-yard touchdown reception against Colorado State.
