Patrick Martin joined the Lobo Family in July of 2024, and he serves as the Football Video Coordinator. In that role Martin directs all of UNM’s practice video and is responsible for breaking down the various positional practices for each coach. Martin will also handle all game video, breaking down each play and sequence into UNM’s video system for easy retrieval by the coaching staff.
This will be his first season working with Bronco Mendenhall.
Martin came to UNM from the professional ranks. He most recently was with the Memphis Showboats of the USFL as Director of Video. As the director, he oversaw all video technology operations, including filming games and practices, editing footage, and managing online distribution for coaches and players.
He also served as Video Coordinator for the Tampa Bay Bandits in the USFL and Assistant Video Manager for the Los Angeles Wildcats in the XFL. He got his start in the pro ranks with the AAF’s Atlanta Legends as Video Assistant.
Martin got his career started as a student assistant with Old Dominion, which he parlayed into a key role with the Georgia Bulldogs as a video intern where he oversaw video production and breakdown of film.
