Greater Than Not Equal To is more than a guiding principle … it’s a way of life.  It’s how Bronco Mendenhall is changing Lobo Football. With 150 student-athletes, coaches and support staff striving to step into each day and be greater than, not equal to the day before.

“It’s really an approach to life,” said Mendenhall. “Your striving each day to be greater than, not equal to what you were the day before.”

“It’s a cool way to live, but it also gives purpose and direction.”
