SENIOR | 2022-23: Played in 26 matches and 93 sets, starting in 22 matches… recorded three double-doubles… finished with 718 assists, 28 kills, 171 digs, 24.0 total blocks (one solo, 23 assisted), 22 service aces and 62.5 points… averaged 7.72 assists per set and 1.84 digs per set… had a season-high 61 assists at UCSD… 19 matches with 20 or more assists, 13 matches with 30 or more assists, six matches with 40 or more assists and two matches with 50 or more assists… twice finished with four kills (Northern Arizona and at Boise State)… finished with six service aces at UTEP.

SENIOR (at Rider) | 2021: Played in 113 sets and 31 matches… earned first team all-conference… became the school’s all-time assists leader… broke the school record for assists in a single match with 68 against Niagara on Nov. 14… finished with 1,209 assists (10.7 per set), 40 service aces, 270 digs, 66 total blocks and 32 kills… registered eight service aces against Merrimack on Sept. 11 and twice had two matches with four aces… nine double-doubles, 15 matches with 40-plus assists and five matches with 50-plus assists… finished with 3,924 assists (10.5 per set) through her four years at Rider and had 1,000-plus assists and 40-plus service aces in three of her four years.

JUNIOR (at Rider) | 2020-21:Highly decorated, being named MAAC Co-Setter of the Year, to the All-MAAC Team, and the MAAC Championship MVP… played in all 47 sets, starting all 12 matches… five double-doubles during the season… led the MAAC and ranked 13th nationally with 11.17 assists per set…  finished with 109 digs and 18 service aces, second on the team in both categories… third on the team with 21 total blocks… season-highs of 58 assists, 15 digs, and six service aces in the MAAC Championship Match against Canisius… finished the season with 2,715 career assists, fifth in program history… averaged 10.44 assists per set for her career, second most in program history and 14th in Division I among active student-athletes… also a member of the MAAC All-Academic Team.

SOPHOMORE (at Rider) | 2019:Named First Team All-MAAC, as well as to the All-Tournament Team at the Radford Tournament… appeared in 104 sets and 28 matches… 10 double-doubles on the season… 15 matches with 40 or more assists and four matches with over 50 assists… recorded 1,136 assists, 33 kills, 250 digs, 45 service aces and 50 total blocks… assists were the second-most assists in a single-season in program history and averaged 10.92 assists per set (the second-most in a single-season in program history)… posted a career-high 21 digs and a career-high 59 assists in a four-set win over Canisius on Nov. 2… became the first player in program history with multiple seasons of over 1,000 assists… also became the youngest active player in Division I with over 2,000 career assists… was just the sixth player in program history with over 2,000 career assists.

FRESHMAN (at Rider) | 2018:Named to the All-Tournament Team at the La Salle Invitational… named the MAAC Rookie of the Week a conference-best four times (9/4, 9/11, 10/30 &11/6)… named to the MAAC All-Championship Team and the MAAC All-Rookie Team…finished the season with 1,054 assists, 35 kills, 9.67 assists per set, a team-best 49 service aces, a MAAC-leading .045 service aces per set, 317 digs and 50 total blocks…19 double-doubles…50 or more assists in a match four times, including 55 assists in a win over Lafayette on Sept. 1… 10 or more digs in a match 19 times with 18 digs in a victory over Iona on Nov. 4… fourth-most assists in a single-season in program history and was the fourth different player to record over 1,000 assists in a season… registered the second-most assists per set in a single-season in program history.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Spackenkill High School in 2018… earned four varsity letters and was a member of the Dean’s List… named the Poughkeepsie Journal Player of the Year, Section Nine Player of the Year, Section Nine Coaches Poll Player of the Year…earned Third Team All-State honors…won three sectional finals (2015,2016,2018), won regional in 2015, appeared in the state final four… won three MHAL Championships (2015,2016,2018).

PERSONAL
Parents are Oren Sher and Liat Rusek-Sher…born in Israel…has three sisters… uncle graduated from UNM… played for the Israeli National Team.

WHY UNM: I chose UNM because it is the best place for me to excel athletically. The coaches showed so much care and excitement for the growth of their players and program and it was something I really wanted to be a part of. I know the growth I will have within the program will help me so much for the future and I am so grateful and excited.
