2017 Indoors: Saw action at five meets … opened at the Cherry & Silver Invitational, placing sixth in the long jump (23-6 1/4; 7.27m) … added a seventh-place mark of 21-6 (6.55m) in the long jump at the New Mexico Team Invitational … leaped 22-2 1/4 (6.76m) at the New Mexico Classic … scored in the long jump at the Mountain West Championships, leaping 23-3 1/2 (7.10m) for seventh place.
2017 Outdoors: Competed at six meets … opened at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open, notching a pair of third-place finishes in the 100 (11.27*) and 200 (22.20*) and a fourth-place finish in the long jump (21-4 3/4; 6.52m) … leaped to 10th place in the long jump at the Sun Angel Classic (22-6 3/4; 6.88m) … placed sixth in the 100 at the Cardinal Classic, running 11.03 … ran the second leg for the Lobos’ 4×100 meter relay team, helping the squad to a win at the Don Kirby Tailwind, second at the Sun Angel Classic, and fourth at the Mountain West Championships.
