In debut season with the Lobos played in 35 games and earned 10 starts in the infield…batted .268 in 56 at-bats with four doubles and two home runs…supplied a walk-off sacrifice fly on April 11 vs. CSU Pueblo…connected on first collegiate home run on April 7 vs. San Jose State…reached base at a clip of .425 and slugged .446…matched season high of two hits on two occasions…had a career-high eight assists on March 28 vs. Texas Tech…had a season-high four putouts on April 2 vs. San Diego State…drove in 12 runs and crossed the plate 13 times…posted a fielding percentage of .944 with 30 putouts, 38 assists, and four errors…had a hand in 11 of the Lobos’ 48 double plays.
As a sophomore hit .283 in 30 games played…totaled nine doubles and a pair of triples…drove in nine runs and scored 17…posted a .979 fielding percentage in 146 chances…started the season on an eight-game hitting streak.
