SENIOR (2013):Had the best season of his career, setting new personal bests in wins, appearances, saves, innings and strikeouts as he was named to the All-Mountain West first team … also named a semifinalist for the Gregg Olson Award, given to the best breakout player in the nation … finished his career as the all-time winningest Lobo with 149 team wins … went 5-2 with three saves in 29 appearances, which is tied for fourth most in a single season at UNM … struck out 37 in 38.1 innings and held opponents to a .243 average against … recorded first career save April 27 vs. UNLV … also recorded saves at San Diego St. on May 17, and vs. Nevada in the Mountain West Tournament on May 23 … tied a career high with four strikeouts vs. Nevada in the first game at Lobo Field on March 24 … finished his career with 66 appearances, tied for fourth most in UNM history.

JUNIOR (2012): Made 10 appearances, all in relief, for a total of five innings … relied upon mostly as a left-handed specialist out of the bullpen … pitched a season-high two innings on May 17 against Air Force … struck out both batters he faced against Creighton on June 3 in the NCAA regionals … did not allow a run in his final three appearances of the season.

SOPHOMORE (2010): Appeared in 11 games over 18.1 innings for the lobos in 2010 finishing with a 6.38 ERA … posted a 1-1 record … picked up his first and only win of the season on May 22 against Utah, throwing 2.2 innings without surrendering a hit and striking out 2 … held opponents to a .284 batting average.

FRESHMAN (2009): A solid relief left-hander who made 16 appearances with a 1.98 ERA over 13.2 innings … posted a 2-1 record … allowed just three earned runs all season … opened the season with 7.1 scoreless innings … picked up first collegiate win on Feb. 24 over Texas Tech … notched second win in next outing, tossing two innings against Northern Colorado (game one) … allowed more than one hit just once … went six consecutive outings without allowing a hit, a span of three innings … carried an ERA under 1.00 until first loss of the season on April 29 at Nebraska … season-high 2.1 innings pitched on March 31 against Texas Tech … held opponents to a .229 batting average.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played three years at Socorro High School in El Paso, Texas … was all-district co-MVP, all-city MVP and second team all-state as a senior in 2008 … named first team all-district as a sophomore in 2006 and as a junior in 2007 as well as all-city honors in 2007 … was in academic top 10 percent of graduating class.
