Outdoor Track & Field (Senior): Saw action in five meets outdoors … Notched a new lifetime best in the 400m Hurdles at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open on April 19, finishing 2nd (53.27) … Finished 1tth in 400H Prelims at MW Outdoor Championships and contributed to 4x100m and 4x400m Relay teams that finished 5th (41.94) and 4th (3:11.74), respectively.

Indoor Track & Field (Junior): Competed in five meets … PR’d in the 600m at the UNM Team Open on Jan. 27 (1:20.96), finishing 5th … Ran his fastest 200m of the season (22.58) at the Don Kirby Elite on Feb. 9 to finish 43rd, also finishing 7th in the 400m (48.84) … Ran a new lifetime best in the 400m Prelims at MW Indoor Championships (48.82), finishing 14th … Also ran a leg of the men’s 4x400m Relay that finished 4th (3:12.92).

Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): Placed 10th in the preliminary round of the 400-meter hurdles at the Mountain West Championships…ran a season-best 400-meter hurdles time of 54.60 seconds at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open…ran a season-best 200 meters time of 22.53 seconds at the Corky/Crofoot Shootout.

2021-22: Kicked off indoor slate at the Blue Demon Holiday Invitational, competing in both the 200m dash (23.20; 19th) and 400m dash (50.79; 9th) … Earned All-Valley honors as part of Loyola’s runner-up distance medley relay squad that clocked the 10th fastest time in program history at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships, putting up an effort of 10:00.33 … Also scored on the Ramblers’ 4x400m relay (3:19.99; 5th) at the indoor league meet … Placed fourth in the 400m hurdles at the Redbird Invitational with a time of 57.19 … Clocked 200m dash outdoor personal-best 23.18 (13th) at the Illini Classic … Took fourth (55.48) in the 400m hurdles at the Redbird Challenge … Ran season-best 55.33 (9th) in the event at the Indiana Invitational … Scored in the 400m hurdles (56.82; 7th), 4x100m relay (42.13; 4th), and 4x400m relay (3:24.02; 8th) at the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championships.

2020-21: Opened indoor season at the GVSU Big Meet, where he saw action in the 60m dash (7.61; 21st), 200m dash (23.87; 18th), and 4x400m relay (3:25.42; 7th) … Earned runner-up finish (51.04) in the 400m dash at the GVSU Tune-Up, also running on Loyola’s victorious (3:27.55) 4x400m relay at the meet … Helped 4x400m relay to a sixth-place finish (3:26.81) at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships … Took fourth (55.50) in the 400m hurdles at the Big Blue Classic … Moved into Loyola’s all-time top 10 in the event a week later at the Gibson Invitational, crossing in 55.11 en route to placing fourth … Moved up to ninth all-time in program history at the prestigious Drake Relays, posting a time of 54.35 (9th) … Ran 53.89, the sixth fastest time in Rambler annals, in the 400m hurdles preliminaries en route to a fifth-place finish (53.94) at the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championships … Took home All-MVC honors after running on Loyola’s third-place (3:14.94) 4x400m relay at the outdoor league meet.

2019-20: Made collegiate debut at the GVSU Holiday Open, running 50.90 (10th) in the 400m dash … Ran on Loyola’s distance medley relay (10:04.92; 4th) at the Meyo Invitational … Helped the Ramblers’ 4x400m relay to a third-place finish (3:14.92) at the GVSU Big Meet … Clocked season-best efforts in both the 200m dash (22.93; 15th) and 400m dash (49.54; 11th) at the Notre Dame Invitational … Captured a Valley title running on the Maroon & Gold’s 4x400m relay at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships, where the quartet rolled to victory in 3:17.93.
