In second season with the Lobos played in 37 games and made 10 starts primarily in center field…batted .349 in 63 at-bats with five doubles, one triple, and one home run…reached base at a clip of .388 and slugged .508…stole four bases in six attempts…committed just one error in 43 chances for a fielding percentage of .977…scored 11 runs and drove in eight…had a season-high three hits on April 25 at Arizona and April 29 vs. Fresno State…sent the Lobos home victorious with a walk-off single on Feb. 20 against Minnesota…had a season-high five putouts on April 25 at Arizona and May 19 at San Diego State.
In first season with the Lobos saw action in 37 games primarily as the right fielder…led the team with six stolen bases…had four doubles and three home runs…drove in 14 runs…batted .277 and scored 31 runs…had a season-high five hits and four RBIs on May 7 at Nevada…academic all-conference selection.
Played in 42 games in second season…posted a slash line of .349/.433/.530…racked up eight doubles, two triples, and five home runs…drove in 33 runs…led the team with 15 stolen bases…ranked third on the team with 42 runs scored…had a season-high five RBIs on April 27 against Midland.

In his debut collegiate season played in 22 games before the coronavirus pandemic canceled the campaign…batted .414 with three doubles, three triples, and one home run…ranked third on the team with 20 RBIs and 25 runs scored…stole seven bases…put together an OPS of 1.052…picked up first collegiate hit in first game on Feb. 1 against Cisco College…hit first collegiate home run on Feb. 8 against Western Oklahoma State.

As a senior in 2019 batted .420 while striking out just seven times in 117 plate appearances…helped the team to a runner-up finish at the state tournament in 2018…collected 42 stolen bases in prep career…also competed in football, where he was a first team all-district running back…member of the National Honor Society and was in the top-10 percent of his school academically.
