2016 Outdoors: Competed twice, running 11:12.21* in the 3,000-meter run at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open and racing in the 5,000 at the UTEP Invitational.

Won the 10,000-meter run at the 2015 London Easter 10K … took 31st in the 2014 BUCS Cross Country Championships, sixth at the 2014 Southern Championships and fifth at the Surrey County Championships … placed third in the 3000 steeplechase at the 2013 England Athletics U20/U23 Championships … took 17th in the BUCS Cross Country Championships in 2013 … placed second at the 2010 World Schools Cross Country Championships for Great Britain.
