REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2015): Hit .380 (30-for-80) in 35 games, which included 18 starts … started the final 12 games of the season, recorded hits in nine of them and hit .422 (19-for-45) … set a UNM freshman record with four doubles against San Jose State on May 10 and also drove in a season-high four runs … walked twice as many times as he struck out (20-to-10) … scored three runs in a game three different times: vs. New Mexico State on April 21, and vs. San Jose State on May 9 and 10 … hit his first career home run against San Jose State on May 9 … got his first career at bat, hit and run scored against Air Force on Feb. 23 … first start came at No. 18 Texas Tech on March 24 and went 1-for-3 with a walk, run and RBI … reached base in 14 straight games to end the season.
