Outdoor Track & Field (Junior): USTFCCCA second-team All-American in both the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters…finished 14th at the NCAA Championships in the 10,000 meters with a time of 34:00.22 minutes…finished 15th at the NCAA Championships in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:08.22 minutes…named a first-team Academic All-American by Collegiate Sports Communicators…Mountain West Championships runner-up in the 5,000 meters, earning all-conference with a time of 16:03.44 minutes…ran a personal best 10,000 meters time of 32:32.61 minutes at the Stanford Invitational…named the Mountain West Athlete of the Week after running a season best 5,000 meters time of 15:38.73 minutes at the Payton Jordan Invitational…competed in five meets during the outdoor season…named a CSC academic all-district selection.

Indoor Track & Field (Junior): USTFCCCA first-team All-American in the 5,000 meters, finishing seventh at the NCAA Championships with a time of 16:27.76 minutes…Mountain West Championships runner-up in both the 3,000 meters (9:18.92) and 5,000 meters (16:09.50), earning all-conference in both events…ran a personal best mile of 4:47.76 minutes and a personal best 3,000 meters of 9:05.12 minutes at the UW Husky Classic…ran a personal best 800 meters of 2:16.24 minutes at the UW Preview…named the Mountain West Athlete of the Week after running a 5,000 meters time of 15:37.47 minutes at the Sharon Colyear Danville Season Opener on Dec. 3, 2022…competed in six meets during the indoor season.

Cross Country (Junior): Became the fifth woman in program history to be a three-time All-American, placing 26th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 20:03.8 minutes on Nov. 19…helped the Lobo women to a runner-up finish at the national championships…earned USTFCCCA all-region for the second straight year, after finishing fifth at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships with a time of 20:05.9 minutes…first-team all-conference for the third straight season, after finishing fourth at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 19:49.7 minutes on Oct. 28…placed ninth among a field of 263 runners at the Nuttycombe Invitational on Oct. 14, running a 6k time of 20:06.0 minutes…ran a personal-best 5k time of 16:20.4 minutes at the Joe Piane Invitational on Sept. 30, placing ninth.

2021-22

Outdoor Track and Field (Sophomore): First-team All-American in the 5,000-meters, finishing seventh at the NCAA Championships with a time of 15:33.10 minutes on June 11…Mountain West Champion in the 5,000-meters, running a time of 15:49.20 minutes on May 14…Mountain West runner-up in the 10k, running a time of 33:10.09 minutes on May 14…earned Mountain West all-conference honors in both events…placed fifth in the 5k at the NCAA West preliminary round…competed in six meets during the outdoor season…ran a season-best 5,000-meter time of 15:29.93 minutes at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 14…academic all-conference for the third straight season…named a Mountain West Scholar Athlete for the third straight season.

Indoor Track and Field (Sophomore): First-team All-American in the 5,000-meters, finishing eighth at the NCAA Championships on March 12 with a time of 15:44.31 minutes…Mountain West champion in the 3,000-meters with a time of 9:17.18 minutes on Feb. 26…Mountain West runner-up in the 5,000-meters with a time of 16:08.23 minutes on Feb. 26…earned Mountain West all-conference in both events…placed fifth in the mile at the New Mexico Team Open on Jan. 29, running a season-best time of 4:48.85 minutes.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Became eighth woman in program history to earn multiple All-America awards, finishing 21st at the NCAA Championships with a time of 19:47.9 minutes…earned USTFCCCA all-region honors by finishing fourth at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships on Nov. 12 with a time of 20:22.6 minutes…first-team all-Mountain West award winner after finishing third at the MW Championships on Oct. 29 with a time of 19:41.2 minutes…placed 15th among a field of 266 competitors at the Nuttycombe Invitational on Oct. 15.

2020-21

Outdoor Track and Field (Freshman): Competed in six meets during the outdoor season…placed fourth at the Mountain West Championships in the 1,500-meters, running a time of 4:23.49 minutes…placed fifth at the MW Championships in the 5,000-meters with a time of 15:55.04 minutes…finished in the top-eight in six of the seven races she finished…academic all-conference for the second straight season…named a Mountain West Scholar Athlete for the second straight season.

Indoor Track and Field (Canceled-COVID-19): Did not compete.

Cross Country (COVID-Sophomore): USTFCCCA All-American, finishing 25th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 20:41.8 minutes…first-team all-Mountain West with a sixth-place finish at the conference meet on March 5 with a time of 20:13.7 minutes…competed in three races during the modified spring season.

2019-20

Outdoor Track and Field (Canceled-COVID-19): Did not compete…named academic all-Mountain West Conference…named a Mountain West Scholar Athlete.

Indoor Track and Field (Freshman): Finished fourth in the 3,000-meters at the Mountain West Indoor Championships with a time of 9:17.00…finished 30th in the 3,000-meters at the Husky Classic with a time of 9:22.92…placed fourth in the mile at the UNM Team Open with a season-best 4:46.31 (altitude converted)…finished third in the mile at the Boston University Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, second among collegiate runners, after posting a time of 4:50.26…finished 11th in the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational with a time of 2:19.96 (2:19.18).

Cross Country (Freshman): Ran 21:24.6 minutes at the NCAA Championship to finish 122nd overall and put 91 points towards the team standing…completed the MW Championships in 20:32.6 to finish 10th overall…finished third for the Lobos and in the top 100 overall (92nd) at the Nuttycombe Invitational with a time of 21:15.9…named the MW Women’s Freshman of the Year…earned All-Mountain West Cross Country second team.

Bracebridge & Muskoka Lakes Secondary School (Class of 2019)

On honor roll all four years of high school…graduated as an Ontario Scholar…placed sixth at OFSAA Cross Country in 2018 and sixth in the 1,500m at the OFSAA track and field…placed fourth at the New Balance Nationals in the mile.
