2017-18
2017 XC: Saw action at five meets, including the NCAA Championships … made his season debut at the Notre Dame Invitational, placing 18th overall and second on the team via his time of 24:09.1 … finished third for UNM and 132nd overall at the Wisconsin Invitational, running 24:57.2 … led New Mexico at the Mountain West Championships, placing seventh overall (24:01.47) and earning All-MW honors … paced the Lobos again at the NCAA Mountain Regional, running to 15th overall and All-Region honors with his time of 30:45.3 … earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Championships, placing 224th overall (32:04.68).
2018 Indoors: Saw action in four meets, including the NCAA Championships… placed second in the mile at the NYRR Millrose Games where he set a UNM record (3:54.72)… helped his team set a UNM record in the DMR at the Mountain West Championships (9:24.73*) where they finished in first place, he ran the 1600-meter leg in 3:58.2… finished in first place in the mile at the NCAA Championships (3:57.02).
2018 Outdoors: Competed in four meets… set a UNM record and placed first at the Bryan Clay Invitational in the 1500 (3:35.01)… placed first in the 1500 at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 3:44.69… finished in third place in the 1500 at the NCAA Championships (3:45.02).

2017 Indoors
: Posted a tremendous indoor campaign in the middle-distance events, capping the season with his first individual NCAA title … opened the season at the Cherry & Silver Invitational, running 1:50.75* in the 800 to place second … doubled in the 800 and mile at the New Mexico Team Invitational, winning the mile in 4:02.29* and taking fifth in the 800 (1:58.62*) … punched his ticket to the NCAA Championships via his first-place time of 3:58.04* in the mile set at the Don Kirby Invitational … won the mile and helped anchor the Lobos’ distance medley relay team to a victory at the Mountain West Championships, running 3:58.11* in the mile and splitting 4:02.2 in the 1,600-meter leg of the DMR … at the NCAA Championships, upset Oregon’s Edward Cheserek to win the national title in the mile wit a time of 4:03.22 … became the first Lobo to win the NCAA title in the mile since Lee Emanuel in 2010.
2017 Outdoors: Backed up his incredible indoor season with an even more dominant outdoor campaign … ran at just four meets, but made the absolute most of his opportunities … made his season debut at the Bryan Clay Invitational, shattering the New Mexico and Mountain West records in the 1,500-meter run with his winning time of 3:35.99 … that time moved him to sixth in NCAA history in the 1500 and earned him USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week honors … added two more wins at the Mountain West Championships, first earning the conference crown in the 1500 (3:41.87*) before gutting out the victory in the 800 (1:47.51*) … advanced through the NCAA West Preliminary Round, placing 11th in the quarterfinals of the 1500 with a time of 4:00.07 … added to his collection of NCAA titles at the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon, as he won the 1500 in 3:43.03 … he became just the 11th athlete in NCAA history — and the first since 2008 — to accomplish the indoor/outdoor sweep

2015-16
2015 XC:
Competed a four meets for the Lobos … opened with a scoring effort at the Notre Dame Invitational, placing 71st overall (and fourth on the team) with a time of 24:51.5 … scored again a tthe Wisconsin Invitational, placing 139th overall (and fifth on the team) with a time of 24:41.4 … added a scoring performance at the Mountain West Championship, taking 37th in 28:16.58 … ran at the NCAA Mountain Regionals, but did not finish.
2016 Indoors
: Did not compete
2016 Outdoors: Ran at six meets, including the NCAA Championships … opened his season with a winning performance in the 800 at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open, running 1:50.60* … got his first action in the 1500 at the Bryan Clay Invitational, clocking a third-place time of 3:42.09 … took fourth in his race of the 1500 at the Payton Jordan Invitational, running 3:42.30 … won the metric mile at the Mountain West Championships, out-kicking the field on the homestretch for a winning time of 3:50.89 … qualified to the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 1500, placing seventh in the 1500 (3:43.67) at the meet to advance to the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon … at the NCAA Championships, placed fifth in the prelims via a superb 3:41.08 race, before finishing 10th in the finals in 3:50.

Won the 1500-meter run at the 2015 European Junior Championships, 2015 England Athletics U20 Championships, 2014 Scottish Schools’ and 2015 Scottish Schools’ Championships … took home top honors in the 800 at the 2014 and 2015 Scottish Schools Championships … ran his metric-mile PR of 3:44.12 in a section win at the 2015 BMC Grand Prix … claimed victory in the 1500 and 3000 at the 2014 England Athletics U17 Championships … won the 2014 Scottish National Short Course XC Championships
