Lobos Wrap Up Day Two at MLK Jr. InviteLobos Wrap Up Day Two at MLK Jr. Invite

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – New Mexico wrapped up its weekend of competition as hosts of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational with 14 more personal bests and 12 All-Time Top 10 entries on Saturday, highlighted by a stunning sub-four minute mile performance from Matthew Endrödy, event wins from Brodie Young (Men’s 300m) and Tilly Simpson (Women’s Mile), and a new 300m program record from Rebecca Grieve.

Endrody's performance -- which converts to a 3:53.65 mark after altitude conversions -- is a highly-probably qualifier for NCAA Indoor Championships, ranking No. 3 in the nation upon the conclusion of this weekend's events in Albuquerque.

UNM splits up its squad for next weekend’s competition, hosting the UNM Team Open while sending its distance contingent to Boston for the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic. Both meets will be available to stream via paid subscription to FloTrack, with live results available via GoLobos.com/TrackResults.
