Spring Game set for Saturday at 1 pm at University Stadium
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Four weeks of practices are down, and one week is left but head coach Bronco Mendenhall and staff are ready to showcase the 2024 Lobos, or at least a very early incarnation of the 2024 Lobos to fans with the 2024 Lobo Spring Game. The game, which is free of charge, will take place on Saturday at 1 p.m.
It should be a perfect afternoon for the 2024 Lobo Spring Game with picture-perfect Albuquerque weather in the high 70s. There will be plenty of action at the event as UNM’s players are ready for action.
Gates for the 2024 Lobo Spring Game will open at 12:30 p.m., and fans can park for free in the Stadium West parking lot and enter the Stadium through Gates 3 and 4 (which is the West side press tower entrance and the Northwest Corner entrance opposite Isotopes Park).
A Mini-Howl Zone will be set up on the north concourse, and fans will be able to sit in the West stands. Fans arriving early will be able to get their hands on a limited-edition 2024 schedule poster while supplies last, and limited concessions will be available at the top of the West grandstand.
After the 2024 Lobo Spring Game, fans will be able to come onto the field for a postgame autograph session.
The 2024 Lobos have featured a terrific mix of returning players such as fan-favorites Luke Wysong, Devon Dampier, Caleb Medford, and Christian Ellis, and an influx of new players that were a part of Bronco Mendenhall’s first recruiting class.
The 2024 Lobo Spring Game will look like a traditional game with the number one offense facing the number one defense, and the number two offense facing the number two defense.
Season ticket sales are currently ongoing for the 2024 season and fans will want to lock in their seats before June 3. All season tickets purchased before June 3 will be eligible for our 2024 Season Ticket holder gift, which for 2024 is a commemorative coin, certain to be a great showpiece (one coin per account).
