Pierson McCallum joined the Lobo Family in June of 2025 and he serves as the Director of Ticket Operations. He came to UNM from working with the Utica Comets and Utica City FC.
With UNM, McCallum will handle all facets of day-to-day ticket operations, including sales, oversite of UNM’s student and game-day staffs, building all ticketing ventures using Paciolan’s ticketing platform.
With the Utica Comets of the American Hockey League, he served the affiliate of the New Jersey Devils as the Director of Ticket Operations after serving two years as a Ticket Operations Manager. He oversaw and handled all ticketing matters including group and corporate accounts and single-game and season sales and ticket fulfillment. Congruently, he worked with Utica City FC, a member of the Major Arena Soccer League in a similar capacity.
McCallum got his start in the ticketing space with a six-month internship at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium in Jupiter, Florida, working for the Marlins and Cardinals in Spring Training of 2022, as well as for two Florida State League teams.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Florida in 2022.
