Marquiza Gallegos joined the Lobo Family in August 2026, and she serves as Assistant Director of Marketing.
In her role, Gallegos will work with volleyball and baseball and oversee the internship program.
Gallegos, an Albuquerque native, returns home from Northern Arizona, where she spent the last three years in the Fan Engagement department. She spent the past year as a Fan Engagement Graduate Assistant, following her role as Lead Intern during her final two undergraduate years. Over the past year, Gallegos led marketing and fan engagement efforts for the Lumberjacks’ women’s basketball, women’s soccer and men’s and women’s tennis programs as a graduate assistant.
She graduated from NAU in 2025 with a degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Strategic Communications at the school.
