ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.— With the non-conference schedule released, the remainder of the Lobo women’s basketball 2026-27 schedule has been set with 18 Mountain West games.
While dates are subject to change due to TV selections, the Lobos begin conference play on Wednesday, Dec. 30 at home against UTEP.
Three of UNM’s first four conference games are at home, hosting San José State on Saturday, Jan. 2 and Nevada on Sunday, Jan. 10. UNM’s first road game is at Grand Canyon on Jan. 6.
The Lobos are then on the road for three of their next four, facing newcomer Hawai’i on the road on Jan. 13 before closing out the week at home against UNLV on Jan. 16. UNM returns to the road for its next two, at San José State (Jan. 20) and Wyoming (Jan. 23).
UNM returns home to host UC Davis on Jan. 27 before a trip to Air Force on Jan. 30. The Lobos open February with two home games against Hawai’i (Feb. 3) and Grand Canyon (Feb. 6) with the bye falling on Feb. 10.
Following the bye, UNM travels to UNLV on Feb. 13 and hosts Wyoming for a midweek game on Feb. 17.
UNM closes out the schedule with three of its final four games on the road, going to UC Davis (Feb. 20), Nevada (Feb. 24) and closes the conference schedule at UTEP (March 2). UNM’s final conference home game is against Air Force on Feb. 27.
As mentioned, dates are subject to change with women’s and men’s basketball TV selections still to be determined.
